Concert description

A really explosive and energetic show ... Robert's voice is excellent and the band plays with guts! Slow and steady is the pace, although the faster numbers have the band taking full flight, led by the amazing guitar of Jimmy Page. The medley is killer and a really psychedelic version of Whole Lotta Love ends the show. Heartbreaker and Dazed And Confused have sections that are ahead of their time ... they wouldn't be regular additions for another year or so! Plant made some nice commentary as for their last visit in Denver: "About eighteen months ago, we played our very first ever gig in the United States in this Coliseum (sic!) and so much has happened since then. We'd like to say that we really are pleased to be back."
