A segment from Led Zeppelin’s long awaited feature film, The Song Remains the Same will be aired on Don Kirshner’s nationally syndicated “Rock Concert”. The segment will include a concert performance of Black Dog and a portion of Dazed and Confused, incorporating Jimmy Page’s fantasy sequence. This is the first Zeppelin performance ever on television.
Three years in the making, The Song Remains the Same is a personal and private tour of Led Zeppelin, in concert and beyond. The concert footage was filmed at Madison Square Garden during their record breaking 1973 tour.
